Dean launched his financial services career in 1984. He joined the corporate executive services team at Morgan Stanley, where he mastered the art of managing corporate executive wealth, maximizing liquidity events to achieve optimal financial outcomes for clients. An empathetic listener with the ability to translate financial jargon accurately into plain English, Dean takes a common sense approach to assisting clients with important wealth management decisions. He finds great satisfaction in helping clients discover the proper role of money in their lives: as a tool that, when well managed, can aid them in the pursuit of their goals and dreams. Dean's focus is on helping corporate plan participants integrate their equity awards and other benefits into a cohesive wealth management strategy. He is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, model portfolios and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm's Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation. Dean earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
